For Athletes Who Know the Mental Game Is the Real Game

You have spent your career developing the physical skills to compete at the highest level. The mental and emotional side, the pressure, the identity, the relationships, the transition out of the game, often gets no structured support at all. I spent five years embedded with an NFL team as the team's clinician. I understand locker room culture. I understand what it means to ask for help in an environment that has not always made that easy. This work is for athletes who want to perform with more control and clarity, and for retired athletes rebuilding identity and purpose on the other side of the game.

For Executives Who Are Done Operating at Half Capacity

You have built a career that most people would call successful. Behind that, you may be carrying things you cannot say out loud, emotional fatigue, relationship strain, anxiety that does not fit the image you need to project, or a growing gap between what you have built and how you actually feel about it. The pressure of leadership does not come with a built-in release valve. This practice provides one, privately, professionally, and on your terms. Private-pay is available for clients who require complete confidentiality, no insurance records, no diagnosis codes, no paper trail.

For High-Achieving Women Ready to Stop Managing and Start Thriving

You are succeeding by every external standard. You are also exhausted, uncertain in your relationships, and privately carrying more than anyone around you knows. The pressure comes from every direction simultaneously. This practice provides a space where none of that needs to be hidden. The work is direct, structured, and focused on the patterns underneath the pressure, why your relationships keep going a certain way, where your sense of self has gotten lost inside your achievements, and what you actually want.

Relationship patterns and dating challenges
Identity beyond achievement and career
Anxiety and emotional depletion
Boundaries and self-trust
Life transitions and major decisions

For Student Athletes Carrying Pressure From Every Direction

The expectations are relentless, from coaches, parents, scouts, and your own internal drive to perform. Learning to manage that pressure, separate your identity from your performance, and build genuine emotional resilience is a skill. It can be taught. It should be taught early. Available in-person in Las Vegas and via secure telehealth anywhere in Nevada.

How the Work Gets Done

Brainspotting

An advanced therapeutic modality that locates and processes emotional experiences stored in the brain and body. Where talk therapy engages the conscious mind, Brainspotting accesses what is stored deeper, reducing the emotional charge of past experiences that are still shaping present behavior and performance.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Identifies the thought patterns that produce emotional and behavioral outcomes, and helps change them. For high-achieving clients, this often means addressing perfectionism, catastrophizing, and the self-critical internal narrative that undermines both performance and relationships.

Nervous System Regulation

Sustained performance pressure dysregulates the nervous system over time. These techniques build the capacity to stay grounded, recover quickly, and operate with greater control under pressure.

Additional approaches: MBCT · ACT · Solution-Focused Brief Therapy · Family Systems · Strength-Based Therapy · Trauma-Focused Therapy
